Safety measures have been implemented around sanitization, cleanliness and social distancing. Remember, health is wealth.
If you are showing any of the following symptoms such as a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, runny nose, body aches, loss of taste or sore throat please rebook your appointment for after two weeks.
Sanitization:

ï‚·Oxivir Plus Disinfectant Cleaner is used to sanitize the clinics equipment and shared areas. Oxivir Plus falls into the lowest hazard category. It is also environmentally safe, as its unique chemistry allows it to break down to oxygen and water after use. This is a hospital grade disinfectant and will sanitize the clinic with a dwell time of only 5 minutes. The clinic is also equipped with a HEPA air purifier to ensure proper airflow and filtration.

The clinic undergoes regular health inspections from Alberta Healthï‚· Services to ensure the safety of the clinic.

For the clinic and your protection there will be no overlappingï‚· appointments to ensure the clinic can be properly disinfected in between each visit.

Upon Arrival:
Prior to entering contact the clinic by text to let us know you have arrived. Please remain in vehicle as this is your waiting area T.his policy insures a
private visit to each guest. Once we are notified by you, we will then text you back, when sanitization is complete and direct you to enter the clinic.

Appointment times are respected and we will do our best to get you in at your scheduled time.
Upon entering we provide all guests a new face mask, hair net, foot coverings and hand sanitizer for your use during your visit.
Delayed Arrival:
Appointments are to commence at your scheduled time. If you arrive late the treatment duration will be shortened and altered to be completed at the time you originally scheduled in order to meet the expectations of other clients.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to facilitate all our clients, we must juggle many requests and we do our best to meet everyone's needs. Our cancellation policy allows us time to adjust our schedule to accommodate other guests. We ask you to be aware of the following client policies:
48 hours business days notice is required or 50% of service may apply
Spa Etiquette:
We try the keep this environment peaceful and quiet for the relaxation and pleasure of our guests. Please ensure your phone is turned to silent for
your session.

Debit Card(at clinic), and E-Transfer (for shipping of products)
